 assport with data on chemistry\, carbon footprint\, recycled content\, per
 formance and durability.\n\nWho is affected: Manufacturers and importers o
 f such batteries and of products containing them (e-bikes\, energy storage
 \, forklifts\, EVs)\; distributors must check the QR code is present.\n\nW
 hat to do: Decide who holds the passport data (you or your cell supplier) 
 and pick a passport service provider. Collect the mandatory data set per b
 attery model\, set up unique identifiers and QR codes on the product\, and
  plan for updating state-of-health data over the battery's life.\n\nPenalt
