DESCRIPTION:Estonia's accessibility law requires specified products (comput
 ers\, smartphones\, e-readers\, self-service/payment terminals) and servic
 es (e-commerce\, banking\, telecoms\, passenger transport\, audiovisual me
 dia) to be usable by people with disabilities\, in line with the EU Access
 ibility Act. Microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover
  not exceeding €2M) are exempt.\n\nWho is affected: Small\, medium and l
 arge companies offering in-scope products or services (especially e-commer
 ce\, banking\, transport\, telecom\, media) in Estonia\; microenterprises 
 under the size/turnover threshold are exempt.\n\nWhat to do: Check your pr
 oduct\, website and customer-facing services against the accessibility req
 uirements (broadly WCAG-aligned for digital services). Document a dispropo
 rtionate-burden assessment if you intend to rely on that exemption\, and b
 e ready to respond to a TTJA market-surveillance request.\n\n\nNote: The T
 oodete ja teenuste ligipääsetavuse seadus (Products and Services Accessi
 bility Act) was adopted by the Riigikogu on 30 May 2022 and formally enter
 ed into force on 28 June 2022\, but its substantive requirements only appl
 y from 28 June 2025\, transposing the European Accessibility Act (EU) 2019
 /882. A transition period for products/services already placed or contract
 ed before that date runs until 28 June 2030. Already in force\, but TTJA m
 arket-surveillance activity is expected to intensify through 2026-2028\, w
