DESCRIPTION:Estonia's accessibility law requires specified products (comput
 ers\, smartphones\, e-readers\, self-service/payment terminals) and servic
 es (e-commerce\, banking\, telecoms\, passenger transport\, audiovisual me
 dia) to be usable by people with disabilities\, in line with the EU Access
 ibility Act. Microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover
  not exceeding €2M) are exempt.\n\nVem som berörs: Small\, medium and l
 arge companies offering in-scope products or services (especially e-commer
 ce\, banking\, transport\, telecom\, media) in Estonia\; microenterprises

 rkning om datumet: The Toodete ja teenuste ligipääsetavuse seadus (Produ
 cts and Services Accessibility Act) was adopted by the Riigikogu on 30 May
  2022 and formally entered into force on 28 June 2022\, but its substantiv
 e requirements only apply from 28 June 2025\, transposing the European Acc
 essibility Act (EU) 2019/882. A transition period for products/services al
 ready placed or contracted before that date runs until 28 June 2030. Alrea
 dy in force\, but TTJA market-surveillance activity is expected to intensi
 fy through 2026-2028\, which is why this is included as a live obligation.
