 gister for Intrastat reporting once the dispatch threshold is crossed\, an
 d submit the monthly Intrastat questionnaire to Statistics Estonia by the 
 14th calendar day of the following month.\n\nSanktion: Coercive fine (sunn
 iraha) under the National Statistics Act (Riikliku statistika seadus) for 
 non-submission.\n\nHinweis zum Datum: Since the 2025 simplification\, Stat
 istics Estonia only requires Intrastat reporting for DISPATCHES (goods sen
 t to other EU member states)\; arrivals reporting was dropped. Mandatory o
 nly once a business's annual dispatch value to other EU states exceeds the
  yearly threshold (EUR 325\,000 for 2026)\; below the threshold\, reportin
 g is voluntary/not required. An importer that only brings goods INTO Eston
 ia from the EU\, without dispatching goods to other member states above th
