 lly triggered by importing goods into Estonia alone.\n\nQue faire: Registe
 r for Intrastat reporting once the dispatch threshold is crossed\, and sub
 mit the monthly Intrastat questionnaire to Statistics Estonia by the 14th 
 calendar day of the following month.\n\nSanction: Coercive fine (sunniraha
 ) under the National Statistics Act (Riikliku statistika seadus) for non-s
 ubmission.\n\nNote sur la date : Since the 2025 simplification\, Statistic
 s Estonia only requires Intrastat reporting for DISPATCHES (goods sent to 
 other EU member states)\; arrivals reporting was dropped. Mandatory only o
 nce a business's annual dispatch value to other EU states exceeds the year
 ly threshold (EUR 325\,000 for 2026)\; below the threshold\, reporting is 
 voluntary/not required. An importer that only brings goods INTO Estonia fr
 om the EU\, without dispatching goods to other member states above the thr
