 Register for Intrastat reporting once the dispatch threshold is crossed\, 
 and submit the monthly Intrastat questionnaire to Statistics Estonia by th
 e 14th calendar day of the following month.\n\nSanctie: Coercive fine (sun
 niraha) under the National Statistics Act (Riikliku statistika seadus) for
  non-submission.\n\nOpmerking bij de datum: Since the 2025 simplification\
 , Statistics Estonia only requires Intrastat reporting for DISPATCHES (goo
 ds sent to other EU member states)\; arrivals reporting was dropped. Manda
 tory only once a business's annual dispatch value to other EU states excee

 porting is voluntary/not required. An importer that only brings goods INTO
