 14th calendar day of the following month.\n\nSanktion: Coercive fine (sunn
 iraha) under the National Statistics Act (Riikliku statistika seadus) for 
 non-submission.\n\nAnmärkning om datumet: Since the 2025 simplification\,
  Statistics Estonia only requires Intrastat reporting for DISPATCHES (good
 s sent to other EU member states)\; arrivals reporting was dropped. Mandat
 ory only once a business's annual dispatch value to other EU states exceed
 s the yearly threshold (EUR 325\,000 for 2026)\; below the threshold\, rep
 orting is voluntary/not required. An importer that only brings goods INTO 
 Estonia from the EU\, without dispatching goods to other member states abo
