DESCRIPTION:Estonia's national minimum wage for full-time work rose from 
 €886 to €946 per month (€5.67/hour) from 1 April 2026\, agreed betwe
 en national employer and trade union bodies via state conciliation. It is 
 a step in a multi-year path toward 50% of the average wage by 2027.\n\nWho
  is affected: Every employer in Estonia with staff on or near the minimum 
 wage\, including part-time employees whose pro-rata pay is based on it.\n\
 nWhat to do: Update payroll for all employees paid at or near the minimum 
 from 1 April 2026 onward (not 1 January). Note the minimum social-tax obli
 gation base (€886/month for 2026) is a separate figure from the minimum 
 wage. Watch for the 2027 figure\, expected in the routine autumn negotiati
 on round.\n\n\nNote: Set by government regulation following the 17 Februar
 y 2026 collective agreement between the Estonian Trade Union Confederation
  (EAKL) and the Estonian Employers' Confederation\, reached via a state co
 nciliator after the parties failed to agree directly. Unusually takes effe
 ct 1 April 2026 rather than 1 January\; up from €886/month (2025) to €
