 es offering in-scope products or services in Lithuania (especially e-comme
 rce\, banking\, transport\, telecom and media)\; micro-enterprises are gen
 erally exempt from the services obligations under the underlying EU direct
 ive.\n\nQue faire: Audit in-scope products\, websites and customer-facing 
 services against the accessibility requirements. Document a disproportiona
 te-burden assessment if relying on that exemption\, and be ready to respon
