 diovisual media) to meet accessibility requirements broadly aligned with E
 N 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA\, enforced by the State Consumer Rights Protection

 fering in-scope products or services in Lithuania (especially e-commerce\,
  banking\, transport\, telecom and media)\; micro-enterprises are generall
 y exempt from the services obligations under the underlying EU directive.\
