 uters\, smartphones\, e-readers\, self-service/payment terminals) and serv
 ices (e-commerce\, banking\, telecoms\, passenger transport\, e-books\, au
 diovisual media) to meet accessibility requirements broadly aligned with E
 N 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA\, enforced by the State Consumer Rights Protection

  offering in-scope products or services in Lithuania (especially e-commerc
 e\, banking\, transport\, telecom and media)\; micro-enterprises are gener
 ally exempt from the services obligations under the underlying EU directiv
