DESCRIPTION:Latvia's accessibility law requires specified products (compute
 rs\, smartphones\, e-readers\, self-service/payment terminals) and service
 s (e-commerce\, banking\, telecoms\, passenger transport\, audiovisual med
 ia) to be usable by people with disabilities\, in line with the EU Accessi
 bility Act. Microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and turnover or bala
 nce sheet ≤ €2M) are exempt.\n\nVoor wie geldt dit: Small\, medium and
  large companies selling in-scope products or services (especially e-comme
 rce\, banking\, transport\, telecom) in Latvia\; microenterprises under th

 irements in MK noteikumi Nr. 128 (broadly WCAG-aligned for digital service
 s). Keep technical documentation or a documented disproportionate-burden a
 ssessment on file\, and be ready to respond to a PTAC market-surveillance 
 request.\n\nSanctie: Administrative fines up to €10\,000 for legal entit
 ies\; PTAC can also order a non-compliant product or service withdrawn fro
