 icial electronic mailbox (e-adrese) on the Latvija.gov.lv portal\, the man
 datory channel for correspondence with state and municipal institutions. O
 fficial notices are deemed delivered via e-adrese after a statutory period
  regardless of whether anyone checks it.\n\nKogo dotyczy: Every company\, 
 association\, foundation and other legal entity registered in Latvia\, inc
 luding newly formed ones — this covers essentially all businesses.\n\nCo
  zrobić: Activate and regularly check the e-adrese for your legal entity 
 via latvija.gov.lv\, assign someone to monitor it (statutory deadlines run
  from delivery there\, not from when it's read)\, and update access when c
 hanging accountants or administrators.\n\n\nUwaga do daty: In force since 
 2023-01-01 under the Oficiālās elektroniskās adreses likums for all leg
 al entities in Latvia's registers (companies\, associations\, foundations\
 , trade unions\, etc.). Still relevant for 2026-2028: every newly register
 ed entity must activate one immediately\, adoption/usage is reported by DV
 I as still well below 100%\, and automatic e-address assignment for newly
