DESCRIPTION:Since 28 June 2025\, specified products (computers\, smartphone
 s\, e-readers\, self-service and payment terminals) and services (e-commer
 ce\, banking\, telecoms\, digital passenger transport\, audiovisual media)
  placed on the Polish market must meet EU-aligned accessibility requiremen
 ts so people with disabilities can use them independently. Micro-enterpris
 es providing services are exempt\, and product-trading micro-enterprises f
 ace reduced administrative obligations.\n\nWho is affected: Small\, medium
  and large companies producing\, importing\, distributing or offering in-s
 cope products or services in Poland\, especially e-commerce\, banking\, te
 lecoms\, transport and media\; micro-enterprises providing services are ex
 empt.\n\nWhat to do: Check your products\, websites and customer-facing se
 rvices against the accessibility requirements (broadly WCAG-aligned for di
 gital services). If relying on the micro-enterprise service exemption\, ke
 ep evidence you qualify\; if relying on the disproportionate-burden defenc
 e\, document that assessment. Be ready to respond to a market-surveillance
  request from PFRON or your sector regulator (UKE for telecoms\, the Finan
 cial Ombudsman for financial services).\n\nPenalty: Progressive enforcemen
 t: first an order to take corrective action or withdraw the product/servic
 e from the market\; for persistent non-compliance\, a fine up to ten times
  the national average monthly salary\, capped at 10% of the entrepreneur's
