DESCRIPTION:Since 28 June 2025\, specified products (computers\, smartphone
 s\, e-readers\, self-service and payment terminals) and services (e-commer
 ce\, banking\, telecoms\, digital passenger transport\, audiovisual media)
  placed on the Polish market must meet EU-aligned accessibility requiremen
 ts so people with disabilities can use them independently. Micro-enterpris
 es providing services are exempt\, and product-trading micro-enterprises f
 ace reduced administrative obligations.\n\nQui est concerné: Small\, medi
 um and large companies producing\, importing\, distributing or offering in
 -scope products or services in Poland\, especially e-commerce\, banking\, 
 telecoms\, transport and media\; micro-enterprises providing services are 
 exempt.\n\nQue faire: Check your products\, websites and customer-facing s
 ervices against the accessibility requirements (broadly WCAG-aligned for d
 igital services). If relying on the micro-enterprise service exemption\, k
 eep evidence you qualify\; if relying on the disproportionate-burden defen
 ce\, document that assessment. Be ready to respond to a market-surveillanc
 e request from PFRON or your sector regulator (UKE for telecoms\, the Fina
 ncial Ombudsman for financial services).\n\nSanction: Progressive enforcem
 ent: first an order to take corrective action or withdraw the product/serv
 ice from the market\; for persistent non-compliance\, a fine up to ten tim
 es the national average monthly salary\, capped at 10% of the entrepreneur
