  placed on the Polish market must meet EU-aligned accessibility requiremen
 ts so people with disabilities can use them independently. Micro-enterpris
 es providing services are exempt\, and product-trading micro-enterprises f
 ace reduced administrative obligations.\n\nUz ko tas attiecas: Small\, med
 ium and large companies producing\, importing\, distributing or offering i
 n-scope products or services in Poland\, especially e-commerce\, banking\,
  telecoms\, transport and media\; micro-enterprises providing services are

 g services against the accessibility requirements (broadly WCAG-aligned fo
 r digital services). If relying on the micro-enterprise service exemption\
 , keep evidence you qualify\; if relying on the disproportionate-burden de

 ance request from PFRON or your sector regulator (UKE for telecoms\, the F
