DESCRIPTION:From 1 April 2026\, providers of parking services in Poland\, i
 ncluding automated/unattended parking with payment machines\, lost their e
 xemption from the obligation to record sales on a fiscal cash register and
  issue a receipt.\n\nVoor wie geldt dit: Businesses providing paid parking
  services to consumers in Poland\, including operators of unattended or au
 tomated parking payment machines\; housing cooperatives and staff-only par
 king are excluded.\n\nWat u moet doen: If you operate or manage paid parki
 ng (including via a payment machine)\, register a fiscal cash register (an
  online or virtual cash register can be used) and ensure every parking pay
 ment is recorded and a receipt is issued or offered electronically. Vendin
 g/ticket-machine operators should plan for the same obligation from 1 Apri
 l 2027.\n\nSanctie: Fines under the Fiscal Penal Code (Kodeks karny skarbo
 wy) for failing to record sales on a cash register or issue a receipt.\n\n
 Opmerking bij de datum: Regulation of the Minister of Finance and Economy 
 of 29 September 2025 amending cash-register exemptions (Dz.U. 2025 poz. 13
 45). Ticket-machine (vending) sales get a further one-year exemption and o
