What we store

• Your profile (country, size, sectors, flags) lives in the page URL and in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us unless you sign up for alerts.

• If you sign up for email alerts or the Pro waitlist, we store your email address, the profile you submitted, the time of signup, the confirmation time, and a salted hash of your IP address (for abuse prevention). We do not store the raw IP.
• Email confirmation (double opt-in): after signing up you receive one email with a confirmation link valid for 7 days. We only send alerts to confirmed addresses.
• Unsubscribe: every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link (and a List-Unsubscribe header), and you can request a link at /unsubscribe.
• Server logs may contain IP addresses and requested URLs for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

How long we keep it

• Unconfirmed signups are deleted automatically 30 days after signup.
• Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Unsubscribed addresses are kept on a suppression list (address and status only) so that we never email them again by mistake. Email us if you want the address removed entirely.

Why (legal basis)

Signup data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to send you the alerts you asked for. Abuse prevention and logs rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service running.

Cookies and third parties

No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no external fonts or CDNs. Share buttons are plain links to LinkedIn and X; nothing loads from them until you click.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can withdraw consent by unsubscribing. Contact: radar@dombrovski.lv. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
