Estonia: annual packaging report (pakendiaruanne) due 31 March

Recurring annual deadline under Pakendiseadus §24: packaging undertakings must submit data on packaging placed on the market and packaging waste handled for the previous calendar year to the national packaging register at least once a year, by 31 March. For the 2026 reporting year this is 31 March 2027.

Any business that packages goods for the Estonian market or imports packaged goods, from micro-companies upward; audit exemption only applies below 20 tonnes/year.
