Poland: annual BDO report on packaging and products due 15 March

Recurring annual deadline under the Waste Act (Ustawa o odpadach) and Packaging Act: the report covering the prior calendar year is due by 15 March each year via the BDO system. The 2025-year report was due 16 March 2026 (the 15th fell on a Sunday); the date shown here is the next annual occurrence, for the 2026 reporting year.

Companies introducing packaging, packaged goods, batteries, electrical/electronic equipment or vehicles onto the Polish market, and waste generators/handlers registered in BDO.
