Every year in April, due by the 30th. · Covers the 1 Jan-31 Dec period; there is also a separate interim report for the 1 Jan-30 Jun period due 31 August (see lv-epr-eee-battery-interim-report).
Producers registered under Latvia's extended producer responsibility (EPR) system for electrical/electronic equipment and batteries ('environmentally harmful goods') must submit an audited annual report to the State Environmental Service (VVD) covering the previous calendar year (1 January-31 December), by 30 April.

What to do
Compile your annual EEE/battery placed-on-market data, have it audited as required by your EPR scheme, and submit the annual report to VVD (electronically, pasts@vvd.gov.lv) by 30 April covering the previous calendar year.
