Lithuania: annual packaging/product producer report via GPAIS due 19 February
Recurring annual deadline confirmed directly on the GPAIS system's own news page: the annual report (metinė ataskaita) must be generated in GPAIS by 30 January and confirmed/approved by 19 February each year, covering the prior calendar year. This entry reflects the 2026 reporting-year deadline (due 2027-02-19); the equivalent 2026-02-19 deadline (for the 2025 reporting year) has already passed. Quarterly summaries are also required, generated and confirmed roughly 29-30 days after each quarter-end.
Any business placing packaging or packaged goods on the Lithuanian market, including manufacturers, importers and distributors selling via e-commerce; obligations can be delegated to a licensed producer-responsibility organisation, but registration/reporting duties remain with the business.
