Rozporządzenie w sprawie ekoprojektowania dla zrównoważonych produktów (UE) 2024/1781 pozwala Komisji ustalać wymogi dotyczące trwałości, naprawialności, zawartości materiałów z recyklingu i informacji odrębnie dla każdej grupy produktów, wraz z cyfrowym paszportem produktu. Sprawa nie posunęła się naprzód w Radzie od 2024 r., więc nie ustalono żadnego terminu.
