Microenterprises providing services are exempt; microenterprises making products are not.

Audit your webshop, apps and customer documents against EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA and fix blocking issues (keyboard navigation, contrast, alt text, forms). Publish an accessibility statement. Build accessibility into procurement of new platforms. Microenterprise service providers may rely on the exemption but should document their size.
